Frequently asked questions

How much does a website cost?

An Essential website starts at CHF 1,990 and a Complete website at CHF 3,900. Custom applications are quoted individually, after a free first conversation. You know exactly what you are paying before we get started.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, with no fees: in 2 or 3 installments, up to 6 depending on the amount. I start working once the first payment arrives, and the rest follow every month, on the same date. You pay by bank transfer, in CHF or EUR.

How long until my website is online?

A showcase website is online 3 to 4 weeks after the first payment, provided that your content and approvals arrive on time. For a more complex project, the timeline depends on the work: I will tell you at the start.

How does a project work?

A first conversation, no commitment. Then the specifications, the quote and the contract. I start at the first payment, with a check-in every week. You see the site before it goes online, then I train you to use it.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. I only need to know the goal of your project: I take care of the rest, and I explain it to you in plain language. If you already have a website or a domain name, I take them over when it is technically possible.

What happens after launch?

Once the project is paid for, the website, the code and the domain name are yours. A bug that comes from my work, I fix at no charge. For everything else, you choose: maintenance at CHF 89/month or a price per task.
